AONE never worked for me. Wasted eight of them before before finally giving up and switching back to verbs.

Had some toasters but it seems some packs are bad and other packs all work, not sure what it is. Burning with CloneDVD works better than with ImgBurn with AONEs.

Never bought over priced Verbs, Aone and Ritek (prob the same company) are the only ones I have ever used and can honestly say never ever had a bad burn. I suspect its your burner or the way/app you are using.

Maybe the burner has a lot to do with it? also i never have any other programs running and don't touch the computer until burning has finished. i was browsing when i had my one and only failed burn.. coincidence probably!

I've been burning 360 games for over three years I only used about 20verbs but I've used a lot of Aone's and They used to give me 1 or 2 bad discs per 10, since they've got even cheaper they keep getting better and better make sure you use the latest firmware when burning! I'm still using Pioneer 111d 1.29fw works great. about 39pence a disc with scan and worth every penny!
Aone Plus+ Gold edition is what to buy now packs of 25 seem to be only what I can find, packs of 10 were cheaper in bulk.
worked on Hitatchi 47dj and Samsung ms28 xtreme 5.3 is what I use, but they work on the latest firmware just as well tried it on a few friends machines to see if its fw/ drive related success with discs.
shame not many stores stock anything but verbs at £2 a disc not cheap, Aone FTW

I used Arita before, worked like a charm... But since i got a new box, they didnt do the trick anymore. So Verbatim is the choice for me

i've been using those aone's from scan too. Best to install games if using them but no probs beyond slower load times without install.

Yup. I used to use IMGBURNER and Verbs and would get a dud burn randomly that took like the luck of the gods to get it to read (if it ever did). Then I discovered Xbox Media Creator and have used it exclusively to burn my dvds - haven't had a dud yet and I use Verbs, Great Quality (which are usually rebranded RiTeks), FujiFilm (again can be rebranded) and whatever else is on the shelves cheapest at Fry's. This whole "which dvd to use" thing is a myth - since they're all pretty much coming from a few factories anyway.

I used them exact ones a while ago for burning PC games. No matter what software I used, if I was burning a .iso, the disk would complete but neither of my drives could read them, and the bottom drive was nearly new. I had to extract and add the files from the .iso and burn as a data disk to get them to work.

I get my blank DVD's from here http://www.bigpockets.co.uk
Cheapest 10 pack works out at 5.21 euro. I'm sure you could find cheaper if you looked around more. I wouldn't use the cheap crap anymore though.
