I just purchased a new netbook and I want to be able to stream media from my PC to it.

I added a new network location to my music folder and added it as a library to Winamp.
That is working OK but every time I boot up the netbook I have to browse to the network location and login to make the folder accessible in Winamp.

There a way to have this info stored on my netbook?
There an easier way to share my media?

Thanks.

I think having the same username/password will fix that for you. Also, you can try to map the folder as a network drive and set it to reconnect at startup with credentials. So you'll just have a drive, say Z:\ with all the media files.
