Russian circus bears, probably real, just look at all those asian artistic monkey videos out there..
I guess if you hit them animals hard and often enough, you can condition em to do anything you want, really...

Check how the bear moves on the skates....I seriously doubt an animal built for walking on all four can move that agile.
