a. it's the glass and its transperancy that gives the jaggy problem or b. the texture is already like that because the game was also made for low res consoles

Its the texture. Its made to run on a geforce 3 and then was ported.

do you have it enabled in the game or just in your settings? if you have it just in your reg settings try turning them off and just using the game ones

In all honesty, jaggies rarely bother me. When I'm playing I'm too immersed into the story/action to bother looking at them, and when I'm gawking at something they don't bother me. Call me a polygon purist if you will, but I think AA and partially AF fuck up texture quality, especially on small objects.
Plus my 9600 Pro 128 usually can barely handle ng games at 1024x768, let alone AA them.

I have an ATI Radeon 8500 LE 128 mb ... jaggies are all I get and they don't bother me at all!
