Hey those that play Eve for a long time, ive been doing some deep reading regarding research/invention and if anyone has a good upto date wiseness on this in eve today, would you be able to answer just with a direct reply is fine (no typing for a year if your not that passionate about eve-online) a few questions when I need a pointer or opinion etc etc.?

Reading all the time is fine, but sometimes its good to mix it with some real experience..

to be honest, i dont use them alot... and i usually work shit out myself, but a casual forum like here i feel more at home with while shooting just the odd thing now and again.. i dont want a big ass debate like they do sometimes in threads about why and what when its probably marginal differences anyhow..

I have 6 researchers on the go, is it possible to get more? I have the skill that intially gives you one extra one each level at skill level 5, but is there like an advanced skill to let u use more? I personally dont see one, but maybe there is another way to get more..

You can't research with more than 6 researchers per character at max skills, no.


I also think fisk should be unbanned.

One char with max skills can have 11 invention/research slots.

he was right bond, u cant have more than 6 going with max skills. it seems,..,, slots i have no idea with ive not tested that out but i have max skills also for that stuff..

I might misunderstand your question, but i currently have 3 chars doing 3*11 invention and research jobs.

yeah, was about "researching agents" the ones that make the datacores for u to use etc.. you can only have 6 types on the go at once...

i need to get into invention i have all the skills across the board, just not all the main items for each one as i have to re-buy them when i can afford it... but will start small and learn bit by bit... invent some t1 modules to start with maybe...

id be set but i lost 80-90 bpo's once Very Happy

Ahh sorry, i did misunderstand you . Yes you are right only 6 r&d agents are possible per char.

lol, ok well ive not done this part of eve online at all, so thought id ask. .. so basicaly they are for sale or use in manufacturing and thats the best of teh datacore researching now..
