I never had problems with my health but now smth is fishy and im not going to the doctor, ok so the problem is that i cant even sleep well at night because i can feel my heart beating like a bitch its like 4-5 normal beats and after that bam a hard one i can even feel it like its in my neck ffs . I eat regularly, i make some sport too, wtf then ? And sometimes when i keep my left arm in a position my veins start to grow larger and larger and i can feel like the hand is ready to explode and i can also see the veins being huge on my hand ( only one arm and only when i keep in a position ) The only thing that helps for me its to raise the hand and in 2 seconds its ok

^agree.
Go to the doctor you bum!
Squirrely: Now come on y'all. We can't waste time arguing. There could still be survivors out there. We need to hunt them down, and kill them.
Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.

Panic attacks?
Quote: | 4-5 normal beats and after that bam a hard one i can even feel it like its in my neck ffs . |
That could just be because you are concentrating on your heart beat.
I think it can be normal for thin people with less fat around the heart and ribcage to feel their heart beating quite hard sometimes.
Still go see a doctor as soon as you can.

I have a nice assortment of crappy magnets on strings I'd like to sell you. I'm pretty sure they might have some healing properties. Only $999, but hey it's your life and you can't put a price on that right?!
Spoiler: | the crappy magnets on strings work best in conjuncture with a visit to your doctor. Buy he magnets first though. |

stress? panic? this can also happen when you might even think that you arent stressing or having panic attacks.
I have had the same, I had chest pains for like 1,5 years and also sudden short pains around the heart area. Also sometimes in my arms. It was all stress, which resulted in the muscles around the chest to tighten or however it's called, and ofcourse I thought it was my heart. Which results in panic and more stress.
Just go to the doctor and explain, let them make a uhh how you call it in english, heartmovie? they can see enough on that most likely.
Greets.

Im from romania, i lived there in the us but im back, unfortunately i dont want to go to a doctor here they are absolutely horrible . You hear almost every week at the news that a doctor forgot a badage inside a guy or maybe even a surgical knife . Those doctors are like : ok lets see what you have, ok go to that hospital for further instructions, you get there and the story repeats .

I would of also said an irregular heart beat problem, my dad and myself suffer from it, although him more than me, he didnt get his diagnosed till like 35 years after the fact of noticing odd issues.
They tried to fix it like this...
1) They lay you down flat on a bed
2) They then inject a nice white liquid into your veins (otherwise known as the magic stuff)
3) This magic stuff kills you.., nice and magic eh lol, and no im not kidding it stops your life there and then.
4) They then restart your heart using various levels of shock pad settings to try and get the beat back into proper synch.
5) None of that worked for the my dad, he still has it and has to put up with it.
Now there are also other issues that can cause similiar problems but they are way more serious, and relate to heart valve narrowing or part collapse. These can be sorted with keyhole surgery and a stint etc its like a little thing that expands like a balloon to open the artery more to get better blood flow through it.
If you are seeing lots of increased left arm vein blood pressure, you better get your sorry ass to the doctors pronto, cause any heart issues relating to the left arm is not a good sign overall.
If you dont want an unexpected collapse of your system and wake up in hospital or not wake up at all id get that doctors appointment sorted a.s.a.p.
