They cracked the AITD protection it seems, so maybe a crack for SR7+activation for Clear Sky will follow soon after release...? (If it uses that protection that is...)

you really don't understand
AITD
used more advanced protection
then mass effect,bioshock and spore,and it
took long to get cracked,it seems that from now on
games will use more,and more advanced and tougher
protection than that.
there is no limit for that,I can promise you.
If they succeed to make game
that no warez group from the scene mange to crack,there is only matter of time
that even the beloved darkcoder
will not manege to crack it.

Don't feed the troll. Npiracy, you're never gonna learn? Even if they make stronger protections, they will always be people willing to crack them.
Starforce (old version) was cracked when it was used in all Ubisoft games and that was some serious hardware dependent protection. Activation based protection is cheaper and hard to recreate without knowing the client-server interaction. But, look what happened with AiTD, Darkcoder did it again and expect the same faith to spore and (possibly) Stalker CS.
Maybe they'll update it. We have him to pwn the excuse that the 'scene' has become now.
My 2 cents, go troll the RIAA boards or something with your haiku anti-piracy bullshit.

as soon as a protection becomes popular, it gets more attention. And once its cracked, its cracked for good, no matter what they patch.
remember starforce 3.x ? couple games took a long time to crack, yes, but since then, it gets cracked in a matter of days/weeks.
TAGES ? thought "uncrackable" and well, look at it now lol ...

TAGES is nasty, really nasty. Not because it's difficult to crack, but because you don't *truly* know if it HAS been cracked. TAGES has been cracked before, allowing you to play the game without the media .. but look what happened with those; game disruption issues due to key triggers. Darkstar One was one of the biggest ones, where features and functions of the game stopped working .. or prices fluctuated on the market so much that it made the game unplayable >_<
If I recall correctly, it all started with Codemaster's "Operation Flashpoint"

There is no hackproof protection, only protection that uses new techniques to make it harder. But as with every generation of protection, it takes a while to crack. Even patches to a newer version are just updates, and crackers need to update their cracks to disable the new protection again. It's just a cat and mouse game between protection companies and the crackers which, imho, is a completely fruitless battle because in the end the crackers will always win.

NPiracy are you EVER going to fucking stop? Everytime a new game comes out, you gloat and taunt those wishing to play because "it hasn't been cracked" You're doing it again now, and for what? A few days worth of smugness?
EVERY GAME has been cracked eventually. Clear Sky has been out, in Russia, for less than a week -- it WILL be cracked. It's not a question of "if" - but WHEN.

steam is a high proof to crack protection and yet no one is able to crack it for full without making extracted homemade rubbish (4 years that is out and no one have find a way to bypass the client from the images without removing it). Like steam also almost all the online activations and games that required a connection to make something are a high proof of cracks. anyway crackers also if they could crack a game with activation the first time then when a patch or an update will be out they can then make nothing to get them working this for steam games but also ME BTDS and patches are the examples

u are retarded o what? all online activations are a proof of cracks but the only ever cracked is steam. RLD or VTY don't go to crack them if they are not able to remove totally the protection. AITD now is cracked. the crack work but it's just a loader with the securom NOT removed. now there is also bc and the ME expansion to crack anyway that is not an easy work for crackers. and then RLD or VTY ever have cracked 1 steam games that is cause games are to be downloaded (and this not with torrent or emule) to be fully played everytime.

an other retarded. i remember u that Bioshock have take about 6 months to be cracked really from VTY. and half life 2 and episodes what? there is still yet a release that u can download full for free? u know a steam cracked game fully downloadable and playable from the original Valve's servers? anyway now wait for the official scene release of AITD and then BC and the expansion of ME and grimm episodes. why it's not yet into the first page of the site? :P

Yes, steam got cracked. Over and over. No matter if its a rip, if its bypassed by using PacSteam, or if its simply removed completely, like so many times already.
