if you need to ropejumpto lose weight you need to eat less. If i would burn off 1200 cals/hour i would disappear within a month.
I actually have to eat extra when i sport or i faint. Fatties, eat less, get a hobby instead of eating and just move instead of couch potato-ing.
I went from sporting like 10-15h a week on a competitive level when i was studying to barely having time to do something since i started my job. But when i dont move for like 3-4 days i feel like shit and become aggressive and have to move. Use a bike or just make a big hike instead of driving everywhere, strange fattie americans.
I actually started getting up 30mins earlier to be able walk to my job instead of driving. It aint real sporting, but at least i am forced to do some physical exercise before i have another 10h sitting day @ the job...
Maybe i should get this rope thingie and jumprope to the job
