Fuck, if someone was to do this to my dog, I'd break their neck in an instant. People that do this shit are sociopaths, nothing less.
Any pet owner should be able to relate, this is fucking sad!

i really love plants and am very interested in them (non flower plants). i have a lot of plants at my place, a lot at home and when i go somewhere i spot them aswell. also research.
Im not a cat person but i know cats and birds you have, may eat the plants in your home, even if they are poisonous, because they just dont know them. I just know (trained) dogs dont eat it
i guess that window isnt situated at the south, southeast side, cause my scindapsus just dies in direct heavy sunlight
i didnt know they were called devils ivy, i know they are poisenous, even to humans, but really most excotic houseplants are.

like i said, i dont like flowering plants. Looked it up cause i didnt know them, atleast not in english
fly traps are hard plants to maintain. grats to your girl for beeing able to have them
and since you say you are from england, almost all houseplants you can get are excotic plants.

I'm sorry to hear that, I had 3 of mine poisoned, and I know what your feeling. I hope she gets better because it's really a nice cat (looks kinda like cheetah but with big ears  ).
I just don't get people, why would you have the need to do sth like that? I would like that, whoever did this, chokes on food or eat poison mushroom (eye for an eye)...

We used to have 3 related persians once cost like 700 each, was rediculous, then my old man bought some highly rated flat head for my sister was like a grand back in the day and sadly died of stomach cancer

Why would anyone from your own party poison your cat, that's messed up.
Although parties like that, where you invite friends who bring friends, can go south, like Slash had a party like that and after the party he noticed half of his guitar collection missing, now he locks all of his guitars somewhere before the party so that his 'friends' don't get any ideas, weird friendship I guess but that's what you can expect when friends bring friends.
Hope the little rascal pulls threw, I lost a dog to poising and I'm still pissed when I think about it, if only I knew who it was my fists would be feeling a lot worse(better).

Sigh.. she had to be put down.
I am so angry right now I cant really focus to even type a message to explain it all.
Basically, the poisoning was so severe she would have had permanent damage and was in a lot of pain with no real solution. She was injected and put to sleep.
The doc has confirmed she ate slug pellets, a huge amount. We have the RSPCA coming over tomorrow to inspect the house and do some questioning, but after talking with them on the phone It wont be so bad, its just a standard procedure they do in case we have harmed her ourselves.
We are now sure someone did this. We dont have, nor ever did slug pellets around. And she ate such a large dose that it would only be possible that someone prepared and fed her it.
We had a lead that one of my ex girlfriends 'friends' was here on the night of the party. I remember the guy, was really quiet, only knew one person and hugged the same bottle of bud all night before leaving early. I fucking knew it, and we are trying desperately to get his name but the girl he was with has gone on holiday to Japan this morning so it could take some time.
Fucking fucks, he will pay for this. I have already contacted the police about my ex as this is a pretty serious matter if she is involved, the RSPCA are also aware of it. Fucking sick bitch if she planned this whole thing, possibly jealousy.
I have to go now before I eat my computer

If that happened to any of our cats, and I found the responsible person. I'd be put in jail after I'd be done with him.
