Try updating the game to the latest version,

If you use San andreas Multiplayer you should use this.
(cause sa multiplayer doenst support the patches)
http://coresave.net/uploads/m/multipatch-full-v1.1.rar
with this tool you can play san andreas in any resolution you want, even 1920x1080.

Just extract that package to your san andreas directory and fire it up.
