damn , it was like 12:40 am and the street was empty so i gave a little gas , and i saw that there was a car on the far side but it wasnt a cop car so i didnt break , i passed the fucker and headed down another street and the fuckers came after me but without any syrens or anything as i wanted to take another detour they turned the syrens on and BAM
90 days without a permit , i was doing 108 when coming down from a bridge and 115 when they were behind me , limit was 50 and 30 in some zones .
i even had to take a breathelyzer test , ah well , maybe some relations will help me out

I mean 115 where 30 is allowed. That`s just stupid.
I drive a little faster myself. Like 50-70 in a 30 zone. 3 o`clock in the morning... sometimes...
But 115?! -.- Just imagine some drunken fuck steps on the street. or someone is walking along with his dog or something. Stupid fuck you are...

there arent any houses or anything (only a gas station and a soccer terrain ) for half a mile dumbass
fine is 65 euros if i pay in 48 hours , double if i dont
that isnt even that much , the most i did in that exact same area was 140 or 150 in broad daylight |

if i had like the mentioned 140 at the time then i'd have damn rapsheet and would have to take the test all over again to get the permit back |

How the fuck did you even get your license if you don't know even the basics of driving theory?
It's quite simple, the faster you drive the narrower your field of view is, which means the risk of YOU as a driver missing a pedestrian stepping out in the road is a lot higher (not to mention your reaction-time, and the time from you braking to full stop). You see, in any situation like this - the fault is that of the driver, eg. YOU. You are the one in the fast moving metal box driving way faster than the speed limit, and being careless. In most countries this is viewed as manslaughter, or even murder of the second degree.
If you were doing 30-50, he would stand a lot bigger chance of getting out of the way too. But reacting to a car doing 115 is impossible. It's death to the pedestrian, and if the accident is inevitable, I hope it's death to you as well.
