I'm not sure if a chip is available yet but Swap Magic (Boot disc, works really well... @20$ ) works on it ,though the console needs to be taken apart and have two sensor switches taped down so when the lid is opened the console doesn't detect it.

You can use Matrix Infinity chip with a firm update or DMS4 chip

Sounds Cool!
Is there anywhere i can find a tutorial on how to tape the two switches down?
And will this work on bot PAL and NTSC consoles?

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/117041 ...note i wouldn't use superglue as suggested and if you search the same site you can find out how to get the seal off with ripping it so you can out it back on

Watch out, do the stresstest on it before u chip it. The laser is absolute poo in this machine... I bought it, ran a burned movie in it (should be running for 24 straight hours) but it stopped after 45min.
So be sure u dont have a fucked laser!
