why they have to break stuff?
at the factory we make medicine bottle caps, and 3 caps got broken, that means we had to check that box, box after and box before..turns out box before had few broken caps also..so we had to check box before that one
in total we checked 14,000 caps in little more then 4 hours, you check them by grabbing one by one to check if its broken...
EDIT: by broken i mean broken in half or has some cracks that if you push it, it will break in half

reminds me of some washing machine softner shit my wife used to buy from marks and spencers, some brand was so shit even the people at the till new to check the lids were on properly because it was common for them to leak all over from not beeing tight enough
