Lolz they are so desperate to sell this piece of shit that no one plays. Quake Live shits all over UT3.

Quake live is a nice browser 3d game, Handy placement and runs very well. But being an old quake 1 clan player I guess id say that, always loved quake and remember vividly my first quake 1 playing days with much joy.

Actually, this will probably be like the other UT3 free weekends. Just save the key, use it in a pirated copy of the game, and you can play online. So there you go, Unreal Tournament 3 is free.

Do you only get the option to view the key once it's fully preloaded/unlocked, or can you see it while DLing? I ask because, well, I can't find it anywhere.

IIRC, yeah, you can only check the key once the free play-time starts. There is the risk of them learning by their mistakes though, so the keys might not work this time around.

Ok, just so I'm clear; Once the preload is done and I get the key. Then what? Do I use that key to register on Steam? Play online only using the UT3 browser?

Don't need Steam for it. Just install a pirated copy of UT3, then when asked to put the key in, put the one you got from Steam in there, and you can play. You'll need to patch it of course.

The new Titan/Juggernaut is fun lol. In Warfare, toward the end, when all is concentrated on the enemy power node, convert to Titan (or even better, a Juggernaut), and smash the ground. It is almost a guaranteed double or more kill. 
You can play the game "privately" with revLoader.

No one plays this pile of shit cause they took the old UT, wrapped it up in new gfx, deleted a bunch of shit then tried selling it. Did they even at least make 1 NEW FUCKING GUN?

I still stick with UT2004. Much better than the ut3 crap. I mean c'mon, how could they remove assault?? It's the best ut2004 mode for me.

Press install, wait a bit for files to be allocated, press view key, cancel downloading.

Are there any good mods for this? The only good one I know, is The Haunted, which is almost Killing Floor quality.
And yeah, you don't need to finish pre-loading it to view the key.
