Looks like the classic Bridge Builder, Pontifex, or Bridge Construction Set. Used to love these games.

Yeah, not exactly a recent game, but the series is awesome fun and challenging. Higly recommended.

I'm actually playing it while trolling the forums - and I still haven't finished it...
For example take a look at this effed up bridge one side doesn't have ground anchors so it's more than just a ballancing act...

Bridge It is the sequel to Pontifex, Bridge Construction Set, and Bridge Builder (they're all part of the same series, created by Chronic Logic).

I think when I bought this game I actually had an ATI card and couldn't play it, LOL!

Yeah you have to use your brain in these kinda games. Maybe it does put off a lot of people who does nothing but use walkthroughs and ask questions here about adventure and puzzle games
