Well it's not really the fact of buying stuff there but more the prices that things get sold there.
I just don't get it, why do people buy used stuff for almost retail price?
When there's an invoice and it's not four months old I can kinda understand it.
But buying stuff of which you don't have a freaking clue how old they are, no idea how heavy they've been used etc. and still they're willing to pay almost the full retail price.
I'm mainly pissed because I'm looking to buy a NDS Lite and a Wii right now and I'm not willing to pay retail prices
Yes, there will be people here telling me "get a job" or something like that. I don't care about that. This is the bitchting session and bitching is what I do.
Screw the haters ;D
I actually don't care but I won't pay as much for a used one, figures.
95 bucks + shipping - around here that makes about 100 bucks
for a mere 20 bucks more I can get a new one out of the shop.
And I'm not willing to pay that much for an "outdated" system seeing as the DSi got released
A few years ago I purchased a new (sealed) ATi Radeon X850 XT Platinum Edition AGP card for 300$ from Ebay. I used it for about 2 weeks and then sold it on Ebay for $410
PS. I actually have a DS Lite sitting in my closet. Haven't touched it for over a year. It never occurred to me to sell it until right now lol. I have all the original manuals and everything that came with the box. Even the box is in mint condition.

i was thinking the same the past few weeks man, prices were for computer related items about 95% of the brandnew price, totally clueless why ppl are so stupid/crazy, i figured that there is a lot of non paying bidders , scammers ? i dunno, maybe some kind of money laundring?
took me weeks of stalking ebay to find a mobo misplaced with no subcategories specification whatsoever , i guess it has to go that far to only have a 50% off the new price deal on previous generation hardware -_-
but good news is, now we know where to put our old hardware
Check out Neo-Geo.com Market place. They have way better prices than ebay. And there is at least a couple wii sold there every week. I have done about 6 deal there with zero problems. They have a feedback system etc.
