Fuck.. second bitch in 2 days  getting back to my old tricks 
Well, this month I took on a very big project for a client who paid well. I received my payment, did my side of the work and passed him on to my partner for the coding side of things. It was a fairly big WHMCS integration, fully customized hosting company startup.
We do all the work and I get paid. Then when It comes to paying my coder, this fucking douchebag says that we took 'too long'  and would only pay %50 of the bill to my coder. What a fucking cunt. We took 24 hours longer than the deadline, because this asshole didnt show up for a skype meeting so we couldnt discuss the finals of the WHMCS integration.. and he then claims that we didnt arrange an interview and if we demand the full bill paying any longer he will fail to pay even %50. The thing is, there is fucking nothing we can do as he seemed trustworthy in the beginning, we got the design aspect out of the way and he paid a huge chunk of the deposit to cover my side of the deal. 
I feel bad for my partner, because he has done much late nights on the project and now may only receive half of the payment. We sent the files over after the project was complete, as we trusted the client from working the last 5 weeks with him. Stupid I know, but sometimes In life its nice to lay back a bit and give a little trust, right? Well never again. This shit fucking sucks. I will probably give my partner some of the money I got for the design as I think it's only fair..
Grr. these kinda cocksuckers make me so angry.

Don't know exactly what you do since I don't know much about programming but:
1. You can sue him
2. You can give him an incomplete product and demand full payment in order to complete it.
3. You can screw him on the service if he comes back claiming something isn't working.
etc.
There are many way to get more money out of him.
