i have a game in .bin and .cue file and when i try to burn it with DVD-Decrypter it tells me that it is in the wrong mode?
it says this exactly - Your image doesn't appear to be of the correct format for burning onto a DVD.
Image format:MODE2/FORM1/2352
DVD format:MODE1/2408
I also get an option to continue anyway or cancel?

I have never came across this before and was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem before i begin to burn.
Thanks very much in advance.

Bin is used for rips so maybe you have a rip?
And rips shuld be burned on cd-r's and not dvd's.

the file is too big to put on a cd-r though i think, it is 830,000,000ish and a cd-r only holds 700,000,000ish right??

i am going to try it now, but how could i get round this size problem?
Thanks again Pallebrun, you are a big help!!

if its a dvdrip over 630mb then lots of boot methods will have trouble with it .. as you need a 'CD TOC' swap to run them and only 'Breaker Pro' can be used as far as i know

Then it is a cd image. A cd-r holds either 650mb or 700MB but you dont count MB and bytes the same. So yes the image will fit on a 700mb (80min) cd perfectly fine.

But cd rips are not really good, you shuld stay away from them if you can.
