It seems to be a general trend these days, people going to play the older games, is there an interest in having a Retro section?

Yes that would be good. maybe it could work just like new releases where templates where used, screen shots videos ect... like above post?

No, all of PC games discussion should be kept in PC games section. More sections just create more confusion and besides many games listed in this thread are barely a few years old.

ATM I switch between these games as I play them
- Alpha Centauri
- Diablo II with hi-res hack
- Planescape Torment with widescreen mod + UI Mod + Fixpack + Unfinished Business Mod + a few tweaks from Tweaks mod
Also I plan to replay Arcanum + Unofficial Patch with the recently released Hi-res mod.

Shivers. Absolute favorite adventure for me.
Kingpin Life of Crime. Best multiplayer time I ever had (bagman was total ownage).
Thief series. As I just love the whole 'sneaking around in the dark' theme.

wow, i only just noticed this part of the forum. This is an awesome idea. Now i wont have to keep clicking "mark topics read" when there is an old game constantly being talked about in the PC section and plus i can find out if there are any older games i have missed out on.
