Being from a non-english speaking country is supposed to be an excuse for bad english?
I don't think so. Fuck you. You know who I mean, you stupid, stupid moron.

I understand them.

Some just have a hard time learning other languages, just like you might have a hard time learning Math or Singing, or whatever. For me, it's very easy to learn other languages, but that doesn't make it so for everyone else.

Yep, it's a valid excuse. Not everyone goes to a good school, with good teachers. Not everyone learns English at school. And those who do, might not always have an easy time learning it.

I dislike non-english speakers on the net, but if they try their best with what knowledge they have, then it's all fine in my eyes.

I assume you're Swedish from your name, Sweden has a good learning platform for the English language... That's not necessarily the case in other countries.

Totally agree brotha. As long as the personal makes his point, who cares if his English is top knotch

Nope, from Croatia.
My rant wasn't aimed at everyone, just at a certain fuck who's been pm-ing me about something in god-awful english. Then the prick had the nerve to get mad when I told him to fuck off, after FOUR messages of trying to understand what he ment.

I know everyone doesn't have access to quality education, but neither did I. I mean, I'm from Croatia, not exactly a third world country but still.

Man, you complain about Croatia? Want to trade? Twisted Evil If I could move to Croatia, I would. Preferably somewhere near Split. Hvar also would be all right for a few months (when there's no more of that dreadful wind).

Why? You got good highways, beatiful sea, lakes (Plitvickie?), great diving sites, cities like Split, good food, great wine (prosek?), rakija and a national football team that almost always qualifies to the European or World championships.

It's fraking miracle the education is not such a mess, considering the constant lack of funding and the idiots who run that particular ministry.

All those things you mentioned are as if read from a tourist guide book. The everyday life in Croatia is alot grimmer, and more depressing.
Well, you'd have to live here to see what's going on. A textbook case. The middle class is dissappearing, massive goverment corruption, tourism based economy.

But don't get me wrong, it's still a great place to live, excellent climate, (mostly) good people, a great place to raise children.

Yes - but I've seen those things and researched some of them (rakija). As for the part about more depressing life, it's like this everywhere. Every country deals with corruption, poverty etc. And if so is the case, I would prefer to live in Croatia than my country. We also have corrupted governement, idiots in the parliament but the climate is not so good and diving conditions are poor Wink
I guess people are generally more friendly in countries with better climate. Take Cuba for instance - must be horrible to live there, but people gather in the evening in the streets and sing...

People in Cuba are more than friendly, they consider time spent not having sex a waste of time. Best two weeks in my life Very Happy

Croatia is a great country, but it's still too hung up on the past, especially the war. It will be at least another 20 years before the physical and another 50 years before the pshycological consequences of the war are overcome. For fucks sake, people are still holding grudges dating to the Second World War.

Yeah, it's not all that bad, but there are some things that really gets on my nerves: the government is stealing in front of everyone and nobody's doing anything. We need absolutistic monarchy for things to work here imo... I hope tomorrows strike on one of universities here goes well. They are imposing payment on unies here and it's outrageous!
