Welcome to MyBrute! The game that simulates you getting raped by bears and wolves! Also sometimes tiny dogs, but those don't hurt as much.

Here's some stuff which may help out new folk:

PUPILS

My brute has a 'pupil' system that means if you go to the site for the first time with a unique IP using a link to a character fight the brute that you fight will become your 'master'. This means that this brute will gain 1 exp as soon as you join and everytime you level they will recieve one exp. Only the first character of an IP can do this and thus you can not simply make lots of pupils for your own character / a friend to level up quicker.

(I'm pretty sure that's how it works)

Tournaments

Tournaments take place everyday starting at 6am GMT - 1. This may be because the game has not taken daylight savings into account. You fight a new opponent on the hour every hour until you're eliminated or win! Who you fight in a tournament seems to be completely random. You could fight someone the same level as you, a pathetic level 2 or a level 12 demon dog owning Satan creature. We're not sure how it ends as we haven't ended a tournament yet. Fingers crossed for Dark_Side and Aers!

EXP

It seems you do not get exp from winning or losing a fight when people challenge you. Similiarly you do not get exp for beating someone in a tournament. This may be different for the quarter/semi/finals and for the overall winner. It's been tested that you get the same exp for killing a person one level below you ( a level 2 beat a level 1) as you do for killing someone your level. We'll test if you get extra exp for beating someone of a higher level ASAP.

Characters

There appears to me no limit on how many times an IP can use the website unlike other browser based games like Urbandead. This means that if you get shafted character creation wise you can simply 'roll again'.

What makes a good character is a bit tricker as we haven't really found much out and the game is completely random. However there are stats which, for the most part, appear to be negligable, HP is critical but a low HP does not mean your character is useless depending on these things.

Pets

So far three types of pets have been seen. There is the dog which has a small amount of HP and does a around 5 and is quick. There is a grey wolf that does around 10 damage, has a decent amount of hp and attacks many, many times. There is a bear that does around 20 damage, has a lot of HP (seen mine take two high 40 attacks) but is slower than both the other pets. With a pet your opponent may attack the pet instead of you or continually switch between you and the pet killing neither of you.

There are skill counters to pets such as the net which stops them for the fight, one that scares them away from the fight and one which calls the pet to your opponent's side. The net is, so far, the most commonly seen.

Weapons

Weapons generally follow a 'weak but accurate and quick' and 'strong but slow and innaccurate'. It is fairly simple to guess which weapons are what from their looks. Weapons worthy of note are the extremely strong hammer, the spear which hits opponents before they reach you stopping their attack, the whip which hits a lot and the throwing stars which, whilst very weak, can hit as many as seventeen times in a row.

Skills

There are many skills which we do not know. Three anti-pet skills have been mentioned. Other fantastic skills are armour (which hugely raises defence), shield which increases your chance to block, impact which knocks your opponent's weapon out of their hand, thief which allows you to steal your opponent's weapon for the duration of the match, sabotage which breaks your opponents weapon and brute strength which greatly increases physical damage. The only skills which seem particularly useless are vitality, feline agility and the other two which simply appear to be markers of high hp, strength, agility or speed.
