Hi. I have a mate who uses proxy cap to connect to steam and play tf2 but his pings are terrible without it due to his shitty ISP. For some reason its not working anymore, I think steam has been updated to fix this. Can anyone confirm this?
However as far as I know a VPN service hasn't, so i was wondering would a VPN to relakks.com improve his ping? I think so since he gets about 25ms to the relakks servers?
