What are you thinking about when you are drinking? Have you tried thinking happy thoughts. I guess you must not drink much.

Maybe it is a age thing too. If I remember correctly, I think I got sad when I was in my teens and early twenties drinking. I lived at home then so I had a lot of things to be sad about LOL

But for the most part I would say I am a happy drunk. People who get angry when they drink scare me.

I don't think there is anything wrong with having 3 glasses of wine or whatever in your own home by yourself once in a while. 99% of the time when I go out I am driving so I don't drink at all.

I still think it is ok as long as you are staying in the recomended amount. 5 drinks a week. It is better than drinking and driving. While back I always got home first. Sometimes I would have a glass of wine, put on some music and start chopping. My ex liked coming home to it. Besides I live alone now.

Drinking alone is fine. I like having a few beers after work from time to time. a 6 pack and a few blunts is the best way to relax Im a social drunk. I wouldnt say im happy, but i become a comedian when im drunk and like to entertain the people im with. Sure, sometimes i make myself look stupid, but its worth it when you make everyone laugh and enjoy themselves
