I played some of the german version and the game is great !
And dont mix this game with other Treasure Islands games many ppl think this treasure island game is Muppet treasure island from 1997 Or
Destination: Treasure Island for PC And this games arent the same .
This is a new game well its new in english since its out in german for few months now but its brand new !
The game is about 1.8GB size before installation .
Well now i'm totally confused here.This isn't Destination:Treasure Island from 2007 but only Treasure Island again from Dreamcatcher without Kheops Studio as a developer?It's a sequel to Destination?
This is by Radon labs and the only thing in common with Destination: treasure island is the fact that both are based on the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson.
So they are completely different games even though they got the same main character...
As far as downloading? Yes. Maybe even a purchase if you like these type of games.
I only get 3 resolution options none of which are high as my native res of my lcd monitor (1680x1050). I played it on 1024x768 (my old CRT res yeah!). That was the middle res.
Anyway, it's 3D but can't control the camera that I can tell. It's kind of like and old fashioned type adventure game on the serious side, not the outright humorous side.
EDIT: OK, I take it back, there is some humor in there after I played even more.
