Ok, just finished building new rig,(apart from GFX card)i've noticed an issue when shutting down, when it's at stock 3ghz, it shut's down perfectly, but any overclocking and, when i tell it to shutdown, say's it's shutting down, monitor goe's off, but there is still activity/power in my case, CPU fan still spinning, Ram Fan still spinning, case fan's the work's, but it only happen's when i overclock, oh i'm on Window's 7 if that make's any difference what-so-ever.

All help is welcome and appreciated.

that makes a lot of difference
w7 still being in beta stage maybe unpredictable to certain software/hardware configuration

i had to go back to vista for numerous of reasons;
unable to install adobe photoshop, plus gfx driver instability and list goes on
it may be decent os in it's final stage, but not now
