I only have Half Life 2 (I have the DVD retail version but you got it as steam downloadable at the same time), and I'm not interested in getting more steam-released games.

bought Mount & Blade today so that makes 23.
I had Half Life 2 and at the time you got all the other stuff with it like Half Life, Counter Strike (Source) etc.
Bought a lot of games around xmas when they reduced lots of stuff. Got the complete Dawn Of War stuff for example. Plus I freaking couldn't resist buying Left 4 Dead, just too awesome! ^^

Well for me steam is a very good solution for keeping those classics on the net instead of having a huge cd collection or a wasted space on the hard drive. Plus they sell very cheaply.

I have 6 games on my Steam, all of them are online and require Steam so I was forced to use Steam. I always prefer boxed retail versions over Steam if I have a choice.

That's sort of the main reason I buy them, so I don't have to have a disc around.
Plus, I can easily install Steam on my notebook and et voilá I got all my games with me.
I just wished they had World Of Warcraft in the Store but noo Blizzard was too picky to pay Valve the money they wanted for it. Cheap bastards...

I have 30:ish games, i've got orange box and a few more collections so it adds up. Bought Bioshock cheap about a month ago now.

Holy crap. Thanks for this thread. I bought 6 games during the holiday sale and forgot all about them. I bought the games from my workplace and then went on vacation!!!!
