To be honest that is a very very very poor list.

The movies in the list, ok.

But half of the movies are nominated like 10 times and all those movies are released recently.

Just proofs that 2k8 was a shit movie year

Anyway. Printing that list and taping it to the wall. Waiting for DVD releases Wink

Yep, shitty year and shitty list. Its curious that they completely forgot about In Bruges.

Anyway, Im rooting for Michael Shannon for; "the only bright psycho in a shitty film," award. Oh, and Slumdog was also nice.

Also Clint Eastwood WTF?!?! Gran Torino AND Changeling two of the better movies of 2008(Gran Torino one of THE best) and he doesn't get any recognition? By that I mean director/best film/actor(for himself). So ridicilous.

No shit! You'll have to travel far before you find a punter willing to take that bet. Very Happy Of the other nominees, I've only seen Downey and I thought he was amazing. None of that matters anymore though and tough luck for the other nominees.
