This multifunctional fax/printer/scanner Lexmark X6575

Here it costs ~100€ which isn't that much. I need sth like this lexmark because of really good quality/price ratio. And it has duplex (you don't need to manually flip paper when you print two-sided).
What I like is that you have flatbed scanner, and wi-fi, so that my sis would be able to print her stuff directly from her laptop.
If someone has it, or sth alike, I would really like to hear the opinion from first hand users.
