Ok so I took the IQ test at iqtest.dk and I got an result of 138 at deviation 15.
I remember myself doing this test years ago and I had 136. Last week I found the test again and just got 128. Today I stressed myself and I'm pretty sure that I answered 37 of 39 right.
This is a culture fair IQ test, which is not bound to math, language and stuff. How reliable are the results? Do you know any other IQ tests that you can recommend?
iq tests are all about logic.
Easy to cheat in. Math is logic. Language is logic. You just have to know how to think.
Knowing math of course. Helps. Seeing patterns helps. But like, half the time these tests are sooooooo boring. I can never take them seriously. Took a couple, got 143 once. I lolled. Then I took another one and randomly picked shit cause i seriously couldn't bother reading another, if tom is taller than suzy, and suzy is shorter than bill and bill is the tallest... what colour car does tom drive?
Like fuck sakes!
best tests are those that really test you
Like, It's illegal to marry your widows sister. True or fale.
Or, you're in a plane. The plane crashed. Where do you bury the survivors. Shit like that is funny and it can get trick once a while. Way more entertaining than IQ tests. Seriously. Don't do internet ones. Boring as fuck. Do a legit one. You'll lol to find out that 139 on the intranet, really means 124 tops on a real one
This test is not about maths and language. It's just forms and transformations And saying that these tests are about logic shouldn't be something bad, right?
Try the test. It's not boring. Only thing you've got to do, is to take it serious, so that you concentrate on it.

I took an IQ test with a psychologist when I was 12 to get into a "gifted" program in school (you need to be in 98th percentile or ~130+ in IQ to qualify).
But that was then, and although I feel much smarter now, not even sure if I have a similar high IQ. I'm sure I've killed a few brain cells along the way.
Besides, being purely "smart" does not allow me to succeed in my job, it's also about managing my work, teamwork, creativity, logic, organization, public speaking, IT skills, etc ... much more than just pure intelligence.
The question is why did you press randomly? IQ tests tend to be very accurate the nearer your result is to 100. And you got around 100 because you did most of the questions correct and theres little to no chance that you got a significant ammount of points by random clicking.
This can't be accurate, I got a 112 in that test, and I was sleepy and totally jumped over 3-4 answers. And I had 20 minutes left, but I got bored out of my mind and basically did a speedrun through it.
i think i did one when i was like 9-10 when i was actually really smart (considering my age). now ive only done some things on the net for shits and giggles, and ive had answers from 108-160. i really consider internet iq-s bullshitcakes

Yeah it can't be accurate because you didn't take the time to finish it properly. Nobody says that you HAVE to use up the 40 minutes.
