You can't think that way.

What is going to happen is you are going to get a layer of fat over your skinny body. You are going to end up with a messycheesy layer over your muscle and whenever you bend you are going to get that celulite dimpled look. That is a bad nakid look. We don't want that.

Just because you are skinny now, doesn't mean you can eat like shit and not worry. It all catches up.

PS.

I love to eat cottage cheese. I get up in the middle of the night and take a few spoonfulls. I am a horrible person becase I do that, eating that late.

I don't eat past 7 pm. It was just a habit I got into to stop me from snacking at night. I get enought food during the day to keep me going calorie wise. Altho I don't take Insulin I am diabetic. It keeps my glucose down.

Isnt the stupid reason to eat late because then the body is going to have a harder time digesting it once you go to sleep ? And therefore it isnt healthy to eat too late

I am part of that crowd. I have to be. The higher weight is harder on my glucose levels. I CAN NOT be overweight. I do best a bit underweight.

yeah, but eating late itself does not cause weight gain, just the added calories do. I'm a late night eater, but don't eat a lot during the day.

Just tried a new one yesterday, and it was great:

Take fresh common mushrooms, rip the stems out and stuff the opening with some strong-flavored cheese (used smoked cheese which was great). Then wrap the whole thing in a slice of bacon and use a cocktail stick to hold it all together. Then fry on a pan/grill until the bacon is ready (had to use a pan, but grill would probably be easier since you don't have to shift the wrap in the stick to get the bacon fried evenly).

Sublime taste and it's low-carb too!

For snacks in general, I really like beef jerky, they just don't sell it that much over here (or if they do, it's way overpriced) - really should try making my own some day, loads of recipes on the net after all.

Since this thead has taken a slightly different direction, into healthiness, I beg OP's forgiveness but I feel like commenting on that first.

I overindulge everything. If I have a piece of candy - I eat the whole box. It's really horrible. Can't stop eating, and I only eat junk food. I guess I should be orca-fat, and at some point I was. Then nobody would love me and I ended up spending a lot of time at the gym, so now I'm a walking oxymoron mr spandex by day, mr burito by night. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do? I hate eating at mcdonalds, but I really can't cook - too lazy. Every girlfriend I've had so far has been even worse cook than I am [not counting that pretend-vegitarian-but-secretly-fish-eating-muslin], so no relief there. The problem is that I get sorta hungry, and then I must have something to eat right that second. I don't know how people who cook can stand the feeling of being hungry... >_>

Now, back on topic -

Candy - I love what Russians are doing with their chocolate, it's pretty good. I like everything with marzipan on it, and my most favoritest candy in the whole universe is Rafello:

Salty Snacks I enjoy an assortment of chips, with my favorite being Swedish Estrella brand chips with vinegar. When I feel really good or really bad, I always buy Doritos (i.e. chemical taste bomb), but I wouldn't recommend that to my worst enemy.

Meaty Snacks I love wildchips (Swedish, pictured) and generally prefer that to any jerky, save for the chemical bomb jerky I once ate in Budapest (Don't remember the brand). Can someone argue why these are bad for you, save for costing roughly 3,5EUR (~4,7USD) for a small bag you can finish in a new york minute?

Food I love fried chicken, BigMac's, most pasta. But what I really [notice the superlative form!] love and generally reserve for special occasions is Renskavspanna (Swedish idiom, basically deer meat). If you are into that sort of thing, visit Kvarnen in Stockholm (http://www.kvarnen.com/index.php).

That covers mostly what makes me happy. Again, please remember to leave comments if you have a fool-proof way of knocking my habit of eating everything, out of orbit.

triple bypass special!

I like celery and bananas. I'll also get some sugarfree mints or something to prevent gorging. I also like to cook, but when I cook a bunch of shit I feel obligated to eat it all.

And I use a lot of when I cook. Habanero Tabasco FTW!

I can't really eat spicy food these days, my body doesn't approve, but I do anyway because I love the hot chili taste (addicted, just thinking of chili salivates my mouth) , but I pay for it the day after. :/

@ Leno

At the risk of sounding like Oprah, your eating habits are a result of what you surround yourself with. I like a bag of chips as well but it doesn't have the same visual appeal or texture as a nice big sandwich with colourful veggies, some extra-dry sausage and sauce of your choice. And don't use sliced bread but any white/brown bread loaf/sub/baguette of your choice. When you bite into one of those with greens and olives and pickles in it, it is like an explosion of different tastes in your mouth.

fresh chicken breast, cut into byte size pieces, fry in a sweet chilli dip sauce, add some white rice + a handfull of bean sprouts, then a pinch of salt and an even smaller pinch of pepper.

Great little stir fry, tastes real good.
