we had the first snow last nite. after it got dark you could see the snow falling only around the street lights, in the orange glows that surround them.
now there's only mud left, so it seems like another typical winter Smile

Sad I envy you guys! It's like summer here in IL, and when it finally rains (like it did two days ago), it feels like a spring rain!

What is the situation in Sibir? Are people living there, or is it basically a wasteland?

Hehe

I know SY will cause mixed feelings but it just goes everywhere you want it to go Wink The ones who have driven it say its an awesome genuine 4x4 feeling without the help of elecronicts etc. The ones who have only seen it say its ugly but it can take my family of 4 with all the "necessary" gear wherever go.

Already done 100 000Km and with no problems at all unlike any other Korean cars. I even helped some BMW X-s and Audi Q7s out of trouble Wink It's like a tractor with shock absorbers and all the comfort Smile

I think of getting the 3rd edition aswell when it rolls out of the production line and if you're really into 4x4 then I think you should give it a try before judging.

Mercedes chasis, engine and gearbox on a fixed ladder frame just works wonders!

New KIA's arent bad from what i hear. A buddy of mine has one and he says it gets good gas mileage and has yet to have a problem with it (he's had it for a year and a bit).
