Used to have some pics on Kodak gallery until they closed my account since I refused to buy some mugs from them. I need a new free host, where I can create albums, password protect them and all that good stuff. TIA!

Coppermine is nice - but its not exactly free (atleast I dont think so) - but many server providers have it among their "free software" offers to their costumers (including mine).


shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Thanks for suggestion. Looking it up right now. It seems like a free software package that helps you post pics on your own host. I will read further, but I suspect it's a bit too much for me. I'm looking for something similar to kodakgallery or picasa etc.

I never had a need since I just use myspace for pictures (put them on private for my own use)

but I know a lot of my friends that were into photography would use it.

Nah, its piss easy to both install and use Smile
