i think 10 years ago +- i used to play funy adults game that goes like this:
it was 2d beat'em up game witch the player controll little aircraft figther and in the background, there was hentai dressed woman. the player had to shoot at the woman to make her undressed and there were bad fighters to make it harder. screen scrolled up and down slowly so the player had small amout of time to focus on specific erea's of the woman boddy parts.
if you succed, you could view her from defrent angles naked and pass to next woman 
now..i can't remember the damn name of this one..ring any bell?
also, do you know similar games to this one?

thanks mate...i was searching old cd's during the last few hours lol..and nothing..coulden't find it and coulden't remember the name haha..this was cool game lol..gonna get it again
