Today, Dutch developer Team Reptile announced that its popular arcade projectile-fighting Lethal League, which first released back in 2014, is getting a sequel, dubbed Lethal League Blaze. The sequel is currently scheduled to hit sometime next year on PC and consoles.
According to Team Reptile, Lethal League Blaze will include more characters and game modes than its predecessor, as well as improved, high-resolution graphics, but will still maintain the same extreme, responsive experience that so many people fell in love with the first-time around.
One of these new characters will be the final boss of the previous game, Doombox, who is an out of control experiment that escaped and took hold of the first machine it could find, an old boombox.
Up to four players and online multiplayer support has been confirmed.
