So I ordered the parts for my new comp last week from a german store since the total price difference is quite significant. All went smooth with the order & transaction, no problems there - the order was split into two packages, and I got the UPS tracking codes for both. Kept checking the codes at ups.com every now and then, and only one of the packages had its status updated, but I figured no biggie, probably just a glitch and I'll still get them both at the same time.
But today I got a call from the UPS courier saying that he'd deliver a package tomorrow - just one, he had no idea about any second package (I've no spare parts atm so whatever is in that first package is useless without the rest). So I call the finnish UPS service number and they're none the wiser, just tell me to ask the seller.
Now obviously I sent an e-mail right away, but since apparently they're notorious for slowly answering any emails (if at all), I tried calling them, as well. First two times my call went to an answer machine after a few minutes (of course only in german) and on third try I got cut off when I tried speaking in english (or I just lost the connection, but I doubt it... Actually laughed at that for a bit, english can be scary  ).
I only speak a little german, and understand spoken german even less. And the only german-speaking friend I have is somewhere in Norway, of all places.
Yeah, so.... fuck.

Yeah, guess it'll come sooner or later, but I was looking forward to getting it set up for the weekend and playing some L4D with my bro & some other friends. Guess I'll just get drunk and gently fondle those parts that come tomorrow, instead.
