Why even bother with a side-panel? Just leave it open and let one of those oscillating fans blow wind and dust into your pc.

a few years back I was cooling my Athlon XP like that, but I had to eventualy close it, the cats were always trying to get in the PC  |

^^ yeah, that was my prob ... it kept turning off when it got too high. But some of it was my own fault, I needed to clean the cpu and re-apply some new thermal paste.
