I'm trying to find a game but I forgot it's stupid shitty name,all I can remember about it is that it war first released on the pc then on the consoles and later the console port of the game was released again on the pc under a different name I think

"Flatout 2" new name on re-released on pc "Flatout 2 ultimate carnage".
That one was easy.

Flatout 2 is a different game that was released equaly for all platforms Pc, Ps2 and Xbox
Flatout UC was released first for xbox 360 then was ported for pc

I thought Flatout 2 was a port from pc to consoles and named Flatout ultimate carnage (with some new features) and then later Flatout ultimate carnage was back ported to pc with the new feature. So it is basically Flatout 2 again but with the new feature from the console version.
From gamespot's Flatout ultimate carnage 360 review:
