I can't even remember the last good one (if any...)...

Its not that bad... this game isnt Ninja Gaiden II and I think reviewers sometimes forget that when reviewing beat em' ups. Furiously button mashing just doesnt work in this game... you have to sort of time your attacks right for it to feel right. Graphically I think it looks great so far. Certainly not for everyone, but if you like platforming/adventure beat em' up type games, well then you know what you are getting here. It suffers from some occasional slowdown when 20 or more enemies are onscreen at once fighting it out. I say give it a shot if you like Hellboy or a beat em' up.

James Bond 007 Everything Or Nothing wasn't based on a movie at all. It was an entirely new script. And yes, it was a great game.
Goldeneye on the other hand was based on a movie and it ruled!
Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay wasn't based on the movie, but the basis of the movie. Greatest Movie Game adaptation of all time, too. |
