Are there any sites that you recommend that list movie chapters/index times for movies? It would be great if releases starts including the chapter info also.

By releases, do you mean AVI rips? Because the AVI container is far too primitive to include such information as chapters inside of it.

Yes, I meant AVIs and MKVs. I know MKVs have chapter.txt in them but usually there are no chapter info inside. Not sure if it is against scene rules to include such info in the NFO.
