Yup, yet more evidence to fuel the "GTA4 is coming to PC" rumours - ESRB adds it, and surprisingly, "Bully Scholarship Edition" to their ratings database. Both listed as "Windows PC Platform"

ESRB is the most unreliable sources EVER
many games that are console only are mentioned on PC

is in fact,very reliable source
every game that listed on specific platform
in the end came true.
it was like in darwinia for the 360
and silent Hill:Homecoming for the PC

Why is that people even question if GTA 4 is coming to the PC. Every single damn one in the main series has come to PC what makes people think that this one will be any different?
