Seems StyleXP is incompatible with my windows version (xp sp3)

Is there an alternative ? I've been checking some nice themes over here, how can I apply them ?

you don't need one
just download
UXTheme Multi-Patche

and then download normal windows themes , double click on them and they'll apply

else there's always windowsblinds
