Hey guys, can anyone recommend me a decent firewall ?

I tried Comodo but that one had conflicts with Firefox.

Thanks.

The best Firewall i can recommend is "Knowledge". A firewall is in front of your PC, not inside it. The Windows Firewall is ok, if you feel unsave get a NAT router. Everything else is marketing.

Using comodo as well, works well enough and doesn't really bother me with useless info too much.

The "Knowledge" firewall is free as well, and no confusing setup. Wink

i may have to add, that i actually have a NAT (enabled) router, and have the KIS fw turned off. The Anti-hacker(and obviously file AV) is more than enough to cover the little that "might" pass through my NAT router.

A relevant firewall will prevent any leak -i.e. unwanted outgoing connection, e.g. malware or your latest pirated app/game calling home- from your PC, windows firewall -XP's one at least- is useless in this regard, both vista and xp ones are among the lowest ranks in most firewalls comparative tests. A NAT router won't cure this leak issue. Smile
