well there are a couple of things you could try.
1. Changing from pal to ntsc or vice versa.
2. Try burning it at a lower speed if its a dvd and not a hdd your running it from.
3. Try a different brand, ritek is suppose to be ace.
4. check if the default.xbe is set to retail, if not patch it with your favorit tool.
