Not really.

This fall should be intersting:

Fallout 3
Brothers in Arms: Highway to Hell
Penumbra: Requiem
STALKER: Clear Sky
Rise of the Argonauts
LEGO Batman: The Videogame
Spore
Crysis Warhead
Far Cry 2
Project Origin

some more... (like Hollyday games - Mirror's Edge could be an example among others)

aaaaannd, scheduled for Q4 this year we have the master game of all games:

Limbo of the Lost - don't skip this one!

As for this summer, things are looking kinda grey, as always. Another release for this month should be, as IGN says, Neverwinter Nights 2 - Mysteries of Westgate. But I'll probably pass this one just like I did with the "soulless" NWN and NWN2. Games like Planescape Torment, Baldur's Gate II and Fallout are still on top of my list when it comes to incredibly deep story, gameplay and quality.

For me, Fallout 3 and StarCraft II alone are enough to consider 2008 a great year for gaming.

Couldn't agree more! Wink

Saint Rows 2 (October) or even (maybe) GTA 4 at late 2008 is gonna be awesome... Twisted Evil
