Ok so im not very good at this, my brother his gf parents have the following issue
They have a main rig with a USB printer attached to it, Both the main rig and a laptop are connected by UTP wire to a router to a cable modem , internet works flawlessly , up to this week it was possible to print from the laptop to the USB printer.
They dont know what they could have done wrong, i told my brother to change workgroup names to the same one again , reinstall printer and select it to share on the laptop , but that didnt work.
So tomorrow i am going over to see what i can do , but i wouldnt have a clue as how to troubleshoot this , anyone have a list of things i should check ?
