I wish. I have a stereo on the other side of the room to wake me up. It clicks about a second before it turns on, I think it's the amp powering up. I hear the click and I'm up before the stereo actually comes on.

rig a timer on your laptop/pc to big speakers and put the volume up high.. get a song to play as your alarm tone such as slipknot or in flames so that it wakes you the fuck up no matter how hard you push the pillow into your ears Laughing

hehe, biological clock is cool. Happens to me sometimes, but mostly in 'stressed conditions'. Like exams or job application and i can NOT be late, then my bio alarm is in supermode.

Btw, the solution to your clock thing, just make sure you have to get up to shut it down Wink

The second my alarm goes off I snap up 90° and snooze it right away. Wakes me up enough to go downstairs Smile Must be a weird sight though.

Moving it across the room does nothing. After a few days you just opt not to turn it off and let it ring forever. Either that or you become immune to it and it doesn't even wake you up anymore.

What I do is just put in another room. My dog can't stand it, so once it goes off ringing, my dogs start barking and the entire apartment is shaking, so I have no other option but to get up and turn it off. Once I get up, I know not to lay down again. Smile

Quite sure it is when it goes off... Happens to me sometimes, it's normal. Jenni's solutions works for me.

Have a kid they wake you with no effort and with no regard to what time it is! In fact the first few months you might not sleep at all!

Happened to me this morning for work.
The twats ssent me phone for being 50 mins late.
I've been on the early shift 6aam to 2 pm for a month(up at 5)(normally Razz).
Maybe if the dick heads gave me an early shift week then a late shift week the week after(10 am to 6 pm, i wouldn't of had this trouble.
Fucking wanker of a boss was there looking at me dying to say paul you're have to go home for being late.
Fucking loved it he did Sad(
I was so vlose to butting the twat.
<<<Now looking for a new job that is 40 hours a week max, 2 days off instead of 1 day off every 2 weeks, which i have now with 1 week being 56 hours and the other week 46 hours.
And they wonder why were late every so often?
Wannkers, these bosses have 2 days off a week, whilst we don't , yet they have the cheek to send us home for not even being an hour late.

4 hours? isn't that way below the required amount? whenever i need to do something important like work or an exam i try to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
