I haven't wiped my asshole in over 8 years. I attribute this to my healthy diet of raw fruit, nuts, vegetables, fish oil and plenty of fluids. My poops just slide right out as nature intended. Cave men didn't wipe their assholes so why should I?
As for splashback, I simply create a "landing zone" out of toilet paper as an insurance policy against splashes. Although with healthy poops, they will actually touch the water while still in your ass, and avoid splashback. My poops are usually 8" or more in length and glide gentle into the bowl.
Don't you just hate when you take a dump and the turd breaks in half? Then it stays in your asshole and doesn't want to come out. And if you wipe your ass you smear it and you go through a whole roll until it's clean. Pisses me off.

For my part i use normal 3 layer paper + charmin damp soft papers for the xtra clean gloss.^^

lol happens to me sometimes. the worse shits are the ones that feel like there coated in barbwire! feels like your asshole is beeing ripped apart. luckily i havent had one of those for years.

I usually go for the no name brands like Western Family. I always buy the double roll with a coupon for about 1-2 $ less. Always bulk-bought so I never run out.
I once knew a girl that camped alot. I usually take 1-2 rolls kayaking and she took none. She would shit off a log in the intertidal zone (sometimes in a somewhate view) which is the most eco friendly thing you can do.
