I'm using Realtek AC97 integrated sound (sucks, I know) and I'm getting crackling sound in this game... sort of like static. Anyone know how to fix this?
Drivers are up to date.

do "Hardware Acceleration" is ON ? ( GRID / OPTION / SOUND)

It's the card, I had the same thing on mine in the demo, when I took my Audigy 2 out of the case. AC97 is complete garbage.

It was greyed out set to software but I went into the games config file and changed it to hardware... I still get static either way.

make sure hardware acceleration is off. that might help the problem bud
