When I breathe hard I feel the pain. And there is/was no blood.

Probably just a fractured rib, it can happen pretty easily. If your rib was broken, you would have gone to the hospital. Broken ribs hurt like crazy.

This isnt the best place to seek medical advice if you really think something is wrong. either go to a doctor (walk in clinic if you dont have a family doc) or atleast ask this question on a medical forum. make sure it has a good rep and is legit and all that as well.
But really, go see a doctor.
