I spent half an hour looking for firmware for a friend's K800, so we can bring it to the latest firmware version. And I found nothing ! FUCK !!!

Ah, it's all cool now. I managed to find the correct firmware and flash it real good. Now it's the latest version and in the language my friend wanted.

Slightly on topic.. Ive been trying to unlock my piece of shite phone to get off virgin ripoff bastard mobile for ages tried everything.. Still aint managed it Sad

Any pointers? Samsung SGH-J600

In the process of messing with that mate.. some really dubious little mobile phone apps out there so having to tread carefully.. If you can suggest an app that def works that would be helpful as most seem to not have this phone in thier database..

Also tried the numerous codes out there.. so far have not 'bricked' it Smile

Well, I used XS++ 3.1 , but it was for a Sony Ericsson, don't know about Samsung.

Thanks mate (and sorry to original poster for hijacking the thread) Tried everything: codes,software of various sorts. Nothing works. looks like i gotta pay to have it done with the nspro box Sad or simply buy another phone and sell this piece of shite
